In our pursuit of planting 1,000 trees in the year 2023, Leader Energy initiated its inaugural tree planting initiative for the Group in September 2023. We successfully planted 200 trees within the beautiful surroundings of Kuala Selangor Nature Park, known as Taman Alam Kuala Selangor. This program was carried out in partnership with the Malaysian Nature Society and contributed to the potential sequestration of a total of 4,200 kg of carbon dioxide. This endeavor is an integral component of Leader Energy’s CSR program focused on Environmental Conservation and Climate Action, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 15, Life on Land.
