Leader Energy continued its Employee Volunteering Program with the National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) at the Jalan Ipoh Centre on 23 September 2025.

Volunteers engaged the kids and teachers in two meaningful group activities: a Craft Project, where participants created sewing and embroidery pieces, and a Bakery Project, where everyone worked together to bake bread and pastries. These interactive sessions not only encouraged creativity and skill-building but also provided a platform for bonding and learning from one another.

While carrying out the activities, teachers casually shared their experiences and insights on working with children with autism. This natural exchange gave our employees a deeper appreciation and understanding of the daily challenges and strengths of individuals with autism.

The day ended with a shared lunch, filled with laughter and conversations, making it a truly enriching experience for both the NASOM community and our employees.
