Through Cambodian Transmission Limited (CTL) — a Leader Energy company — we are honoured to contribute USD 50,000 to the Cambodian Red Cross in support of humanitarian relief for refugees affected by recent border conflicts.

The contribution was presented by Ezraila Mohamad Isa, Chief Operating Officer (Renewable Energy), to Her Excellency Pom Chantiny, Secretary General of the Cambodian Red Cross, who represented Her Majesty The Queen of Khmer, Chief Honorary, and Her Excellency Dr. Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, at a ceremony held on 28 October 2025 at the Cambodian Red Cross Headquarters in Phnom Penh.
