In an effort to enhance public administration efficiency and strengthen community services, LNTH supported the Phin Ngan Commune People’s Committee (PC) through both financial aid and hands-on contributions.

To help prepare for the upcoming 24th Party Congress (Term 2025–2030), LNTH funded the repair and renovation of the Commune PC office building and the Cultural Community House. Beyond this support, 11 employees contributed on-site by painting, cleaning, and cutting grass around the buildings — demonstrating a shared commitment to community development and better local services.

This initiative not only improved local office infrastructure but also strengthened the relationship between LNTH and the Phin Ngan PC, building mutual trust and paving the way for future collaboration. It stands as a reflection of Leader Energy’s ongoing dedication to sustainable value, enhanced community well-being, and supporting the successful organization of the 24th Party Congress and other important local events.
